Serve Notice of Termination of Tenancy and Evictions.

NO ADVANCE SET UP FEES REQUIRED.

Housecleaners:$20.00 per hour/Laborers:$30.00 per hour/Handymen:$35.00 per hour.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF PROPERTY INCLUDING ON SITE INSPECTIONS.
COST: 10% Management Fee of Monthly Rental Income. 9% for Three or more Units.

MONTHLY FURNISHED RENTALS:
25% Of Monthly Rent.
